Conviction Is Not Condemnation 💫

           Memory verse: " When He comes, He will convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment"~ John 16:8. Introduction💨 "Conviction" and "judgment" are two words that sound similar, but they feel very different. Many times we confuse one for the other. Sometimes, we say, "Don't judge me," when in reality, the Holy Spirit is convicting us. Other times, people speak harshly and call it "correction," when it is actually condemnation. Conviction comes from God. Judgment, when done wrongly, often comes from pride . The Holy spirit convicts not us to shame us, but to restore us. He points out sin not to destroy us, but to draw us closer to Christ. Conviction produces repentance and peace. Memory Verse 🌿:   “ But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ.” ~ Philippians 3:20 What about heaven?   Heaven is something many believers talk about, but not many truly think about. We plan our lives here, build dreams here, and get comfortable here. Yet Jesus reminded us that this world is not our final stop. He said He is preparing a place for us. That means there is more beyond this life, something eternal, something perfect, something with Him. Heaven is not just a story or a hope to comfort ourselves. It is a promise from Jesus. The Bible describes heaven as a place where there is no more pain, no tears, no sorrow, and no death.  A place where sin cannot enter and where God's presence fills everything. Imagine a place with no heartbreak, no fear, no disappointment, and no goodbyes. That is the kind of eternity God is preparing.
